- This includes integrating their:
- Facebook account
- Google account (if applicable)
If you’re not seeing any campaigns available to import, it’s likely that the client’s account is not connected correctly.
2. Select the Correct Ad Account
- When connecting Facebook or Google, make sure you select the correct ad account.
- The ad account you choose must be the one where the campaigns are actually running.
If the wrong ad account is selected, the campaigns you’re looking for will not appear.
Fixing Metrics for a Recently Imported Campaign Showing as Zero
After importing a campaign, you may notice that all metrics (e.g., spend, results, impressions) show as zero.
This is normal and easy to fix.
How to Sync Metrics:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on the client’s account
- Inside the client’s dashboard, locate the “Sync Metrics” button
- Click “Sync Metrics”
- Wait about 30 seconds
After syncing, the campaign metrics should update and display correctly.
