If you're looking to cancel your UpHex subscription or free trial, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://app.uphex.com/settings#billing-settings

  2. Look for the Request to Cancel button and click on it.

  3. A cancellation assistant will open and guide you through the process. You may be offered alternatives such as a plan downgrade or account pause.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation request.

Please note that you will continue to have access to UpHex until the end of your current billing cycle.
