How to Onboard a Client to UpHex Through GHL

Follow these steps to onboard a new client into UpHex using your GoHighLevel (GHL) integration.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a Custom Menu Link set up in GHL pointing to your UpHex account. If you have not done this yet, see our guide on Creating Your Custom Menu Link.

Step 1: Open UpHex From Your Client's GHL Sub Account

In GoHighLevel, navigate to your client's sub-account and click on the UpHex custom menu link in the sidebar. This opens the UpHex onboarding flow for that client.

Step 2: Enter the Business Name

The client (or you, on their behalf) enters the business name. This creates the client account in UpHex.

Step 3: Connect Facebook and/or Google

The guided onboarding flow will ask the client to connect their Facebook and/or Google account. Once connected, UpHex automatically pulls in all available ad accounts, pages, and business managers.

Step 4: Select Ad Accounts and Pages

From the dropdown lists, select the correct:

  • Facebook Page

  • Facebook Ad Account

  • Google Ads Account (if applicable)

If the client does not have an ad account or page, they can create one directly during onboarding.

Step 5: Save and Launch

Click Save to finalize the connection. The client's UpHex account is now ready, and they can access your ad library and launch campaigns through the GHL plugin.
