How to Delete a Client in UpHex

Follow these steps to permanently remove a client from your UpHex account:

  1. Go to your Accounts page by clicking the Dashboard icon (house icon) in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the client you want to delete.

  3. Click the Settings tab at the top of the client's page.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and find the Danger Zone section (red-themed, collapsed by default). Click it to expand.

  5. Click the Delete Client button.

  6. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the client.

Important: This action is irreversible. Deleting a client will permanently remove them and all associated data from your account.

Bulk Delete: You can also delete multiple clients at once from the Accounts page using the Bulk Actions dropdown in the top-right corner, then selecting Delete Clients.
