Welcome to UpHex

UpHex is a platform that helps ad agencies manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for their clients. Here is a quick overview of where to find things:

Key areas in the left sidebar:

  • Dashboard (house icon) — Your main Accounts page where you manage all clients, view metrics, and create new clients.

  • Rebilling — Manage client billing and rebilling settings.

  • Templates — Browse prebuilt ad templates or create your own.

  • Reporting — View client metrics, template metrics, and campaign performance.

  • Creative Studio — Generate AI images and videos for your ad campaigns.

  • 10 Min. Workday (clock icon) — Review automatic optimizations and suggested actions for your campaigns.

  • Support — Contact UpHex support directly from the sidebar.

  • Daily Classes — Join daily classes to learn from agency experts.

Getting started:

  1. Connect your agency accounts — Go to Settings > Integrations to connect your Facebook and/or Google ad accounts.

  2. Create your first client — Click Create Clients on the Accounts page.

  3. Connect client ad assets — Use the Setup Wizard or the client's Integrations tab to link their Facebook Page, Ad Account, or Google Ads Account.

  4. Launch a campaign — Open a client's dashboard and click Launch new campaign.

If you use GoHighLevel (GHL), UpHex integrates directly with GHL to sync clients automatically. If you do not use GHL, you can manage everything directly within UpHex.
