UpHex Live Onboarding Calls

To help you get started, UpHex offers live group onboarding calls where our team will guide you through setting up and using the platform.
Live Onboarding Call Times
We no longer offer daily onboarding calls. We now offer group onboarding calls twice a week:
  • Monday at 1:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
  • Thursday at 1:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
These are group calls, not 1:1s, so you can learn alongside other users and get your questions answered in real time.
What We Cover
During the onboarding call, our team will help you:
  • Set up your UpHex account
  • Connect and configure your integrations
  • Set up your custom menu link and GoHighLevel (if applicable)
  • Create and manage templates
  • Launch your first campaign using a template
  • Set up and manage client accounts
  • Answer any questions related to getting UpHex up and running
