How To Gain Partner Access in FB

When setting up FB assets with your clients, instead of creating their pages or ad accounts under your business manager, we recommend that you create their assets under their own business manager, and then give yourself partner access to their account. This is the best way to keep your account safe, as well as all of your client's accounts/assets safe too.
